Day two of Sale-a-bration

Today I am going to showcase the Flower & Field DSP, item #158157 - isn't this paper beautiful?! Each sheet has a coordinating pattern on the back, which makes it super easy to make amazing projects - just add a sentiment and some ribbon or embellishments and you are done.

Here are a few cards I made by doing exactly that, I used some coordinating cardstock and ink.  In this card I layered with a whisper white mat and the inner one is the same colour as the cardbase - crushed curry.  I added another pop of colour by using granny apple green for the sentiment.

For these cards I choose the same flower pattern, but used different backgrounds.  The first one is the flip side of the flower paper.  I used a bermuda bay cardbase and then stamped the sentiment in the same colour on flirty flamingo.  For the other card I used the bermuda bay ombre DSP - check out yesterday's post for projects using that paper - and I even used the ombre paper to stamp the sentiment.

I love the colours in this DSP pack, its so easy to make lovely cards for all occasions with products that are mostly FREE!!!!!!

Diamond Easel Card

I thoroughly enjoyed making this card for an extra special lady who is turning 80 soon - one of my regular crafters (she is not on social media so I know I am safe sharing it here!).  At a recent class she had loved the Forever Fern DSP and the colours we had used, so I knew this is what I had to use to make this card for her. The card is a diamond easel fold which is very easy to make, you do need 12"x12" cardstock as you need a 6"x12" piece of cardstock to make the cardbase. I had a pack of in-colour 12"x12" cardstock, so I used a piece of Just Jade as the base colour and then used Pretty Peacock for all the mats. I selected two different DSP designs from the Forever Greenery pack. I used the Forever Fern stamp set to create a bouquet of foliage using a variety of green tone inks - Pretty Peacock, Shaded Spruce and Just Jade. I added a large Just Jade leaf at the back of the bouquet to bring everything together, added champagne foil 80 and finished off ...

Many Messages!

Are you one of those crafters who struggles with stamping sentiments - always worried whether it will be straight or stamped clearly?  Well here is the perfect bundle for you - Many Messages.  The bundle comes with a stamp set and metal die. The stamp is fairly large so I decided to use my Stamparatus to stamp the image to ensure I get a clear stamped image and can reink and stamp again if needed - I love the Stamparatus for that. Look at all those sentiments and the different fonts, 19 sentiments in total! I used the Stampin Cut & Emboss Machine along with the coordinating metal die to cut out all of the sentiments. How easy is that?  19 sentiments in just a few moments,  use different coloured cardstock and ink and you will have sentiments for all your projects. I decided to stamp the sentiments using the white kraft ink on black cardstock to showcase all the sentiments. I select the ones related to a birthday and covered the whole card with them. I add s...
